O&M Development Squad
Swimming Coach Criteria
O&M State Development Squad (2 designated Coaches/session)
- The Head Coach must be a minimum of Silver License
- The Assistant Coach must be a minimum of Silver License Candidate
- All coaches to have Victorian WWC
O&M 11 – 14 Development Squad (2 designated Coaches/session)
- The Head Coach must be a minimum of Silver License Candidate
- The Assistant Coach must be a minimum of Bronze License for 3 years with a track record of coaching swimmers to State level
- All coaches to have Victorian WWC
O&M 7 – 10 Development Squad (1 designated Coach/session)
- The Head Coach must be a minimum of Bronze License for 3 years with a track record of coaching swimmers to State level
- All coaches to have Victorian WWC
Note: If coaches are paid, an employee WWC would be required.
All O&M coaches are welcome to attend any session and assist on a volunteer basis to further their own Professional Development.
